Cut the onion into quarters and cut the green onion into big pieces

Put 800ml of water, 100ml of dark soy sauce, 100ml of cooking wine, and 1T of stevia in a pot

Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat

When the broth boils, add the whole pork belly

Cover and simmer over high heat for about 30 minutes

When you poke pork belly with chopsticks, it goes in and when it's cooked, open the lid and boil it for 10 minutes over medium heat

Boil the broth until it boils and the pork belly turns brown

Remove the pork belly, cool it slightly, and cut it into appropriate thicknesses
