Jjapaguri recipe with sirloin
I made Chapaguri with sirloin. Both children and adults enjoyed the food.

Ingredients
  • Neoguri ramen
    1pack
  • Chapagetti
    2pack
  • Bottled water
    1L
  • Beef sirloin
    250g
  • Herb salt
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare Neoguri and Chapagetti. Remove the bag and separate the soup from the noodles for ease of cooking.
STEP 2/8
Boil 1 liter of bottled water in a pot and add all the noodles at once when the water boils.
STEP 3/8
Add Chapagetti flakes. Cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
STEP 4/8
While the noodles are boiling, bake a loaf of beef on paper foil in a frying pan. (*You can skip the paper foil. I'm a stainless pan, so I pressed it well and laid paper foil. ^^;)
STEP 5/8
When the noodles are cooked, throw away all of them, leaving only about 2 soups with a ladle.
STEP 6/8
Add Chapagetti soup and Neoguri soup. Add the olive oil in the Chapagetti bag and mix well.
STEP 7/8
Cook beef back and forth with herb-flavored salt and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 8/8
Put Chapaguri in a bowl and put sirloin on it, and it's done.
Neoguri tastes better if you cook it with spicy taste rather than mild taste. You can put tenderloin and chicken instead of sirloin.
