Ingredients
  • Rice cake soup
    1handful
  • Vienna sausage
    1bowl
  • leek
    1ea
  • fish cake
    2piece
  • red pepper paste
    1ladle
  • thick soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Starch syrup
    2spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • the head of a team
    2/3spoon
  • Water
    600ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Soak rice cakes in cold water for more than 30 minutes before cooking. I used this because I like tteokguk tteok, but you can use regular tteok-.
STEP 2/12
Slice the green onion diagonally, cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces, and prepare the sausage together.
STEP 3/12
I'll officially start making it. First, dissolve the red pepper paste in water.
STEP 4/12
And then add dark soy sauce.
STEP 5/12
Please add red pepper powder, too.
STEP 6/12
Add starch syrup.
STEP 7/12
(Optional) If you have two classmates, you can add them together. This is a choice, so you don't have to put it in.
STEP 8/12
If you put all the ingredients, boil them over high heat.
STEP 9/12
When the sauce boils, add the rice cake and sausage.
STEP 10/12
Then continue to boil the sauce in half and simmer until it becomes viscous in boiling foam.
STEP 11/12
When the sauce is thickened and half boiled, add fish cake and green onions and simmer for another 3 minutes. It's very simple, right?
STEP 12/12
It's done!
Use whatever rice cake you want. Two heads are a choice. If you want something more spicy, add spicy red pepper powder or cheongyang red pepper.
