Making crispy delicious air fryer hash brown (hash potato)
I like potatoes, so I often cook with potatoes at home, but today I made an air fryer hash brown with potatoes at home. This is a crispy and delicious hash potato recipe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Peel 2 potatoes and wash them clean. I'm going to boil one of these in water. Cut it into appropriate sizes so that it cooks quickly.

Slice the remaining 1 potato thinly. I'm going to cut some of the hash potatoes to make them taste better.

Boil potatoes in hot water. I boiled it for about 10 minutes. You can poke it with chopsticks and boil it until you feel it's fully cooked.

Place the cooked potatoes in a bowl and add about 0.5T of butter

Mash potatoes thoroughly using a potato mashing tool.

Mix the dough well with a spoon.

Roll the dough together with your hands and shape it.

Spread paper foil on the air fryer, place the dough, and sprinkle about 2T of cooking oil evenly.

Bake air fryer at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
STEP 11/12
Turn the dough once at about 15 minutes. And bake for the rest of the time.

It's a crispy and savory air fryer, hash brown.
