Making Seasoned Chives, Lee Guk-ju, Seasoned Chives, Fresh Kimch
Lee Guk-ju's Jeon Hyun-moo, who made Jeon Hyun-moo a leek fan from MBC's omniscient point of view, added only four spices to the Lee Guk-ju leek salad, onion, red pepper powder, flavored salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. I don't usually use seasoned salt, so I seasoned it with anchovy sauce instead of seasoned salt. I was surprised because the seasoned chives and onions are so good! Cooking Steps
