How to make a cabbage bacon steak

Cooking Steps

Cut the cabbage into 4-5cm cuts from the top and divide it into 4 pieces by hand. Wash the cabbages thoroughly in water and strain them through a sieve. I used 3/4 of the cabbage because it's very small, but I use 1/2 of the cabbage if it's big

Chop paprika, garlic stems and bacon, please.

Stir-fry bacon in a frying pan. You don't have to put oil on the bacon because it's oily.

When the bacon is almost completely fried, add the minced garlic and stir-fry them together and set aside in a separate container.
