I went to Mokpo mukbang on "I Live Alone." The palm oil family ^^ really ate endlessly. But the baby croaker from Mokpo Mukbang was the fish that Omani gave me because it was airlifted from Yeosu. Oh, my... How can you get this right!! I simply baked it with an air fryer. I added rosemary powder to control the fishy taste, ground whole pepper, and seasoned it with garlic herb salt. The half-dried fish is basically seasoned with salt, so I added only a little bit when grilling it. After you're done, sprinkle lemon juice and finish!!! It was a frighteningly chewy and frighteningly delicious baby octopus. This is the best one ever. LOL

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Jajajaja! It's baby octopus. It's a young croaker. I defrosted it naturally. It's defrosted in the refrigerator, not in cold water. I cut off the tail and the head to get into the air fryer.
STEP 2/4
Massage the trimmed youngmere with olive oil and season it with pepper, garlic herb salt, and rosemary powder evenly.
STEP 3/4
When you first grill it with an air fryer, you grill it so that the meat is on the top, and then you turn it around again and bake the skin side. The fish is 20 minutes at 200 degrees, so you do it for 15 minutes, and then turn it upside down and do it for 15 minutes again.
STEP 4/4
Grilled baby octopus is done. What does it mean!!! The skin is crispy and the insides are chewy... This is the grilled taste that you can feel from semi-dried fish. Wow, it was awesome. I thought it would be good to make clear soup with this.
