Making avocado guacamole, cooking using avocado & how to ripen a
Today, the avocado I ordered a few days ago has become ripe, so I prepared avocado guacamole that can be easily made among avocado dishes. Guacamole is a Mexican dish made by mixing crushed avocado with chopped onions and tomatoes and mixing coriander and lime juice. It's good for sandwiches or for making canapes with wine.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cover the green avocado with newspaper on the airy veranda and let it ripen for 2-3 days.
STEP 2/10
The avocado has aged for two days and has gradually turned brown. The green avocado is hard, but after 2-3 days of ripening, the surface turns brown and softens, making it soft and delicious.

Mature avocados can be stored for quite a long time by wrapping them in kitchen towels and then tying them up in plastic bags and refrigerating them.

I'm going to prepare the avocado. First, cut the avocado vertically.

Twist the cut avocado with both hands and remove the seeds with a knife.
STEP 6/10
Separate the skin from the pulp by putting a spoon into the seeded avocado.
STEP 7/10
Place avocado pulp in bowl and mash with potato masher or spoon.

Finely chop onions and tomatoes and add to mashed avocados.

2T of olive oil, 1T of lemon juice, 3 sticks of salt and pepper
STEP 10/10
If you mix it lightly, avocado guacamole is done.
