Lucola sandwich is the best weekend brunch
I really like Lucola, so I thought about making sandwiches with apples, so I made it. Make a refreshing and nutritious sandwich that delivers the freshness of apples and lucola!

Ingredients
  • rye bread
    1piece
  • It's Lucola
    2piece
  • Brie cheese
    1/3
  • apple
    1/2ea
  • Honey
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
In a frying pan, bend back and forth over hot heat for about 15 seconds. (I don't have a toaster, so I used a frying pan instead.)
STEP 2/8
Remove the stalk of the lucola and divide the leaves into two pieces.
STEP 3/8
Slice 1/3 of the brie cheese thinly.
STEP 4/8
Slice half the apple thinly.
STEP 5/8
Place brie cheese on lightly baked bread.

Please post it up.

Please post an apple.

Lastly, put a spoonful of honey on it's done
