I'm into the charm of avocado these days. Today, I made avocado coffee that I sometimes make. The combination of savory avocado and coffee is surprisingly good, so it's very delicious coffee.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds. I used a spoon to remove the seeds. They often take it out with a knife, but I always scoop it out with a spoon because I think it's dangerous to remove the seeds from the knife.

Use a spoon to separate the shell and cut it into a size that is good to grind in a blender.
STEP 3/8
I'm going to add milk to make an avocado smoothie. I added a lot of milk to make it not too thick. Pour in about 220ml of milk.

Add 2T of honey to this and add a sweet taste. If you don't have honey, you can add condensed milk or sugar.

Grind finely in blender to make avocado coffee. I ground it for quite a long time to make it completely smooth

Put the finished avocado smoothie in the cup.

I'd like a shot of espresso on top of the avocado smoothie.
