Making Russian Carrot Kimchi Markov Tea with Refreshing Charm
I watched "Omniscient Interfering View" a long time ago, and there was something called carrot kimchi. It's called Russian-style kimchi, but I made it myself because I was curious about how it would taste when the cast ate it so deliciously.

    1/3T
  • Sugar
    1/3T
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2T
  • Vinegar
    1/2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop 1/2 carrot as thin as possible.
STEP 2/8
Add 1/3T of the salt to the shredded carrots and mix well. Then pickle the carrots for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/8
After 15 minutes or so, stir again to blend well with the salt.
STEP 4/8
After 30 minutes, when the carrots are pickled and watery, support them with a sieve to remove the water.
STEP 5/8
Put the pickled carrots in a bowl and add 1/3T of sugar, 1/2T of red pepper powder, and 1/2T of vinegar.
STEP 6/8
I'm going to make garlic oil for carrot kimchi. Place 1T of cooking oil and 1t of minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl. And microwave it for 30 seconds. At this time, cover the microwave or wrap it so that the oil doesn't splash.
STEP 7/8
Pour oil over red pepper powder and mix well with carrot kimchi seasoning.
STEP 8/8
Carrot kimchi with a crunchy and sweet and sour taste is complete.
