Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut chicken breasts, tomatoes, and pine mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry chicken breast.
STEP 3/5
When the chicken breast is almost cooked, stir-fry the mushrooms and tomatoes.
STEP 4/5
Add rice and tomato sauce and stir-fry it again.
STEP 5/5
Season with salt and pepper.
It's neat to remove the seeds from tomatoes.
