A simple "Vongole Pasta" recipe that anyone can easily make
Recently, I dug up a lot of clams and thought about what to eat, so I made vongole pasta because it was light. It's really simple to make, so try making it!

Ingredients

  • Shellfish

  • olive oil
  • White wine
  • Garlic

  • parsley
    wanted
  • Salt
  • peperoncino

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Please prepare the garlic.

After removing the top, grind 5 pieces, and chop the other 3 pieces finely.

Add the water to boil the pasta in a pot and add about 1T of salt.

When the water boils, add the noodles!!!! You can boil the noodles for 6 minutes based on spaghetti noodles.

While the noodles are boiling, take out the pan, cover with olive oil, and add the crushed garlic.

STEP 7/16
Garlic and pepperoncino are fried in oil, so it smells good. Adjust the heat so that the garlic doesn't burn.

Remove garlic and peperoncino when the olive oil has a certain garlic scent.

I got the garlic and peperoncino, and only olive oil with the garlic scent was left as shown in the picture. Add minced garlic to this.

Add garlic, clams, clams, and a roll of white wine right away and cover it right away!

The clams are all cooked, so my mouth is open.

Remove half of the cooked clams, remove half of the shell, remove only the flesh, and leave the half with the shell.

Put the cooked pasta in a pan, add 1 or 2 ladles of noodles, and then add the well-cooked clams and parsley.

Lastly, after adding olive oil, stir-fry it for a minute and put the shell on top
