STEP 1/8
In a round dough bowl, mix 180ml of warm water and 1 bag of yeast in the hotteok mix with a spatula.

Put 1 bag of hotteok mix in here and knead it evenly with a spatula for 5 minutes.

Prepare hotteok mix dough and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Put the jam mix in the hotteok mix in a bowl.

Apply cooking oil to the plastic gloves, place the hotteok dough on the palm of your hand, add mozzarella cheese, and make a shape.

Grease a preheated frying pan with plenty of cooking oil, place the sealed part of the dough facing down, bake over low heat, and when it turns golden, turn it over and press it with a presser.

I make honey hotteok and cheese hotteok according to my children's taste.
STEP 7/8
At the end, I put the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the honey hotteok, sprinkled all the remaining jam mix, and heated it in the microwave.
STEP 8/8
It's good if you cook it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds^^
Cheese hotteok is more delicious if you dip it in maple syrup, honey, or oligosaccharide.
