Ssambap with perilla leaves (Seafood/Ssamjang)
It is a light and clean perilla leaf ssambap that everyone likes, with its fragrant perilla leaf scent and sweet taste of ssamjang. It can be used for outdoor lunch boxes as a weekend delicacy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash perilla leaves in running water and blanch them.
STEP 2/9
When the water boils, turn it upside down and rinse it in cold water after 20 seconds.
STEP 3/9
Squeeze the water out.
STEP 4/9
Season with rice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
STEP 5/9
Make a round shape of the rice so that it is not big. It's convenient to wrap perilla leaves.

Place a teaspoon of ssamjang on top of round rice.
STEP 7/9
Make the shape round in bite size and wrap it nicely so that the ssamjang is facing down.
