If you're a Jin Guk Hwang Tae Ramen brother, I recommend Kang Ho
K - Hangover Food loved by Koreans. It's a beef bone soup ramen that stir-fry dried pollack to make it taste good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Please prepare 1 piece of Sari Gomtangmyeon. I use all the soup and flakes inside.
STEP 2/16
I prepared 1/2 green onion by cutting it sideways.
STEP 3/16
Please cut 1/8 onions and prepare them. As I watched the broadcast, it didn't take long to boil the onions, so they sliced them.
STEP 4/16
Please prepare a handful of dried pollack. After wetting it with water, touch it with your hands and cut off the spines with scissors.
STEP 5/16
Wash 80g of bean sprouts clean, and if there are any damaged parts, pick them out and throw them away.
STEP 6/16
Add 1T of cooking oil and 1T of sesame oil.
STEP 7/16
Add chopped green onions and stir-fry over low heat to make green onion oil.
STEP 8/16
When the scallion is slightly flavored, add the dried pollack and stir-fry. 30 seconds - stir-fry for about a minute.
STEP 9/16
Add 550ml of water, please. I thought it would cost more than I thought, but it's definitely not a lot!
STEP 10/16
Add 550ml of water, and immediately add the soup and flakes in the sari gomtang.
STEP 11/16
After adding two kinds of soup, add the prepared bean sprouts and onions right away.
STEP 12/16
When the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
STEP 13/16
Take out the noodles separately,
STEP 14/16
Beat the eggs in the ramen soup.
STEP 15/16
When it boils, pour the soup into the noodles.
STEP 16/16
Put the red pepper on the garnish and sprinkle it with pepper.
I think it would be suitable for those who can't cook even if they boil it without noodles and enjoy it as a hangover like dried pollack soup.
