Using salted seaweed! Seaweed salad, making seasoned seaweed
Salted seaweed is one of the best ingredients to keep and eat for a long time. Today, I made seaweed salad and seasoned seaweed with this salted seaweed. It was a simple and easy-to-eat dish because it was not heavy.

  • seaweed

  • Carrot
    1/5ea
  • Cucumber
    1/3ea
  • Sugar
    2/3T
  • brewed soy sauce
    2t
  • Vinegar
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Sesame
    1/3T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Dip salted seaweed in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes to remove the saltiness. If you use cold water, soak it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Wash 1/5 carrots clean and chop them into small pieces.
STEP 3/8
Please chop 1/3 cucumber into small pieces and prepare it.
STEP 4/8
Mix 2/3T of sugar, 2T of brewed soy sauce, 1T of vinegar and 1T of sesame oil in a bowl.
STEP 5/8
Rinse the salted seaweed thoroughly and squeeze the water out.
STEP 6/8
Add all the pre-cut vegetables and mix them well so that they are evenly seasoned.
STEP 7/8
Lastly, sprinkle about 1/3T of sesame seeds.
