STEP 1/13
First, chop 3/4 pieces of onion and prepare it.
STEP 2/13
Peel off a potato and shred it equally.
STEP 3/13
First, stir-fry the onions until the caramelize. I put in isny butter this time, but I usually put in coconut oil. If you want the perfect vegan diet, I highly recommend coconut oil or avocado oil versions.
STEP 4/13
Once the onions are fully caramelized, add the potatoes and stir-fry them together.
STEP 5/13
Usually, the soup contains milk or whipped cream, but this recipe is a vegan recipe. Prepare uncooked raw almonds to make almond milk.Add water and boil it once and blanch it.
STEP 6/13
Pour out the water and peel it. Since it's boiled once, it gets soggy and comes off easily.
STEP 7/13
Add bottled water and grind it with a blender. This is the homemade almond breeze.
STEP 8/13
Chop the broccoli into small pieces. It would be easier to grind broccoli after blanching, but if you boil broccoli for a long time, nutrients will be destroyed, so it is a way to prevent the loss of nutrition as much as possible. I'm going to boil it together at the end of the soup. If you want a soft texture, cook broccoli well and grind finely.
STEP 9/13
Add the homemade almond milk that I made earlier. And boil it! When it's done, I'm going to use a hand ballooner.
STEP 10/13
Wing~~~~~~~~~.
STEP 11/13
When it's ground, put it back in the pot and boil the broccoli pieces together.
STEP 12/13
Boiling porridge and steam are strong fire, no! Bring to a boil and bounce, simmer on low heat. Wooden tools are better to lower heat conduction.
