Red bean ice cream
Red bean ice cream that I made to eat cool on a hot day. There was whipped cream and I had to use up the red beans, so I made it. The ingredients are rather simple, but it was nice to be able to eat coolly on a hot day.I think it's good to eat when you want something cool and sweet on a hot day. It's a commercial ice cream and the ice bar has too much additives. I like homemade ice cream because I don't get thirsty much after eating it. So there's nothing more for kids' snacks. Sweet and soft red bean ice cream! Let's make it

Ingredients
  • Red beans
    250g
  • Milk
    400g
  • whipped cream
    200g
  • condensed milk
    92g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add all the ingredients and mix well with a hand whisk. <UNT_PHL> The mixture should be quite sweet when you taste it because it reduces the sweetness when frozen. If it tastes sweet, add more milk or whipped cream, and if it's less sweet, add more sweetened milk to adjust the taste to your taste
STEP 2/4
Put the cold mixture in the ice cream maker..
STEP 3/4
Turn it on for 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 4/4
The finished ice cream is stored in a plastic container in the freezer. Homemade ice cream doesn't contain additives, so it's very hard when you go into the freezer. In that case, microwave it for 30 seconds with a whole sieve, scoop it with ice cream scoop, and eat it in a bowl. Then you'll be able to enjoy it softly
