Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I prepared ingredients to make Jongwon Baek Jjageuli. In addition to this, it's good to add tofu.

Put 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry crushed spam, chopped green onions, and minced garlic until the spam is golden brown. Spam is crushed with sanitary gloves on. I only put in the white stem part of the green onion.
