Braised black beans without soaking
I made soy braised and soy sauce with healthy black beans.

Ingredients
  • black beans
    2cup
  • Water
    3cup
  • Cooking oil
    1TS
  • thick soy sauce
    7~8TS
  • Oligosaccharide
    6TS
  • cooking wine
    2TS
  • Sugar
    2TS
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare 2 cups of black beans. Pick out the black beans that are spoiled and pick out if there is a difference.
STEP 2/7
Wash the beans two or three times after picking the tea and remove them. Beans will be boiled immediately without being soaked in water.
STEP 3/7
Put washed beans in a pot and add 3 cups of water and 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
STEP 4/7
Open the lid and turn it on over medium heat. When the water starts to boil, boil it for another 10 minutes

When the beans are cooked, add 8 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and boil them over medium heat for another 10 minutes.

Cook until the bean water remains on the floor, and finally add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and mix them evenly.

Braised beans are done
Wash the beans without soaking them in water, and boil them right away
