Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the shrimp clean by removing the head and skin and season it with salt, pepper pods, and 1 spoon of cooking wine.
STEP 2/6
Remove the top of the whole garlic and cut it into quarters.
STEP 3/6
Cut asparagus and tomatoes into bite-size pieces. (You can add the ingredients you want, such as bacon, cherry tomatoes, paprika, etc.)
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry garlic and two to three peperoncinos in a pan with 8 spoons of olive oil, then stir-fry shrimp. Add asparagus and tomatoes when shrimp are cooked red.
