The original recipe for perilla oil was 5 spoons of dad's spoon, so I thought it was about 3T of measuring spoon. The smaller the frying pan, the better. It was perfect to cook 20cm

The bottom was crispy and the top was soft, so the texture was perfect Lol The seasoning was just right, and there was no need to sprinkle additional salt. However, the perilla oil gets less fragrant as it heats up, so it's good to spray it on one spoon at the end
