Ingredients
  • barley rice
    2cup
  • Soybean paste
    2T
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Sesame leaf
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash barley rice clean, soak it for an hour, and cook barley rice in a rice cooker.
STEP 2/6
Chop 1/4 onions into small pieces.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry 2T of soybean paste, minced onion, and 1T of minced garlic evenly in an earthen pot or pan.
STEP 4/6
Put a spatula of barley rice in an earthen pot or pan and stir-fry it evenly over low heat to complete barley soybean paste.
STEP 5/6
Wash perilla leaves, remove the stalk, make a scissors hole in the middle of the perilla leaves, fold them, and place barley soybean paste made with barley rice.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on 5 to complete barley soybean paste ssambap.
