STEP 1/8
Boil the glass noodles for about 5 minutes, cool them down, and chop them finely. * I cut it into small pieces using scissors, so I'll choose a convenient tool
STEP 2/8
Chop the chives, too.
STEP 3/8
Put glass noodles, chives, a roll of sesame oil, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Put 1/2T of the dumpling filling in the middle of the dumpling skin and spread it out, apply a little water to the half of the dumpling skin, fold it in half, and press it down.
STEP 5/8
Put 5 dumplings on top of each other.
STEP 6/8
Put enough oil in the pan and cook the overlapping dumplings at once over medium-low heat to complete.
STEP 7/8
Shred cabbage, onion, lettuce or perilla leaf.
STEP 8/8
Add 1T of red pepper paste, 1/2T of minced garlic, and 1/2T of sesame oil, mix them evenly with the shredded vegetables, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
-. I think 1/2T of dumpling filling is too little. I made it with more, but it became a full dumpling, not a flat dumpling, so if you really want a flat dumpling, please add 1/2T of dumpling filling as little as possible!!
