How to make Squid Soup Sashimi How to Blanch Squid
I saw a lot of cuttlefish in season (April to October) at the mart, so I picked up a pack of them and made and ate them. Wow, it was so good. I organized how to blanch it without a fishy smell.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Clean cuttlefish with flour and thick salt after trimming.
STEP 2/4
Put 1T of cooking wine and 1T of salt in boiling water and blanch the squid.
STEP 3/4
After cooling it down, cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/4
It's good to put it on a plate and dip it in red pepper paste!
If you want to blanch it with a chewy texture, blanch it for 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
