STEP 1/8
Wash the lettuce clean and shred it.
STEP 2/8
Put tuna in a sieve, drain the oil, and put it in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp whole grain mustard and 1 tbsp yogurt and mix.

Season 2/3 bowls of mixed grain rice with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and a little salt.
STEP 5/8
Spread the seasoned rice on the seaweed and cut the cheese in half.
STEP 6/8
Put perilla leaves on top of cheese and pickled radish on top of perilla leaves.
STEP 7/8
Place sliced cucumber peppers on top of radish slices.
STEP 8/8
Place tuna salad on top and roll it.
If you put water on the end of the seaweed, it sticks well
