Spicy and sweet snack shop style wheat tteokbokki making recipe
I really like tteokbokki that is the style of a snack bar when I was a student. The tteokbokki was a combination of big green onions and wheat tteok, and it was so delicious! Soup tteokbokki is popular these days, but it reminded me of snack bar tteokbokki, so I made it deliciously^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak the flour cake in water.
STEP 2/8
Cut the fish cake in half and cut it into appropriate sizes. (If there's a size you like, you can do whatever you want.)

Cut the green onion into small pieces.
STEP 4/8
600ml of water, coin broth (optional), 3 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, and beef soup Add half a spoon and boil.

When the sauce boils, add fish cake and green onions and bring to a boil.

When it boils up again, add the soaked wheat cake, boil it over medium heat, and when it boils, boil it down over low heat.

Add half a spoon of turmeric powder and boil it down. (Turmeric powder is an optional ingredient, but the taste and aroma of tteokbokki deepen when you put it in.)

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds. It's done!
I don't care about the order of putting in the sauce. You don't have to put turmeric powder because there are likes and dislikes.
