STEP 1/8
Cut the skin of 5 potatoes and cut them into 1cm thick pieces.

Shred the onion and slice the green onion and red pepper diagonally.

Put potatoes in a pot and add 1T of cooking wine, 4T of dark soy sauce, 2T of red pepper powder, 2T of olive oil, 1T of minced garlic, and 1T of sugar.

Put onions, green onions, and peppers on top.
STEP 5/8
Add 500ml of water and one coin stock.
STEP 6/8
Boil over high heat, reduce to medium heat, and boil until the soup becomes small.
STEP 7/8
Add 1T of sesame oil and mix.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds. It's done.
Add all the ingredients and boil it until the soup is gone
If you rummage frequently, the potatoes will be crushed, so be careful.
