How to make potato Ongshimi. Making chewy potato Ongshimi
When my kids were young, I ate potato Ongshimi at my house in Gangwon-do, and since then, my oldest child started to like potato Ongshimi I made potato ongsimi in my own way.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
First, cut the vegetables prepared to make the broth.

Put all the ingredients for the broth in a pot and pour 1800ml of water. Then turn on the heat and start boiling it. When the water starts to boil, let it boil for another 30 minutes.

Now grind the prepared potatoes on a grater. If you grind it in a blender, it will be less chewy, so even if your arm hurts, your family happily grind it thinking about eating it deliciously.^^

Place the ground potatoes in a strainer and drain. After the water dries out

Squeeze it with all your might. For a chewy texture... For the families who will eat deliciously... If you leave the water as it is for about 20 minutes, the sediment subsides.

Discard the top water carefully so that the sediment doesn't flow.

Now add drained potatoes, sediment, 1 tablespoon potato starch, and 1T of salt to make a dough.

Next, take it off little by little, hold the dough with your hands, and open it.

Put the remaining potatoes in the prepared broth. I didn't have enough potatoes, so I cut two more and put them in. Season with minced garlic and salt and start boiling.

When the potatoes start to cook to some extent, add the ongsimi made.

If you think of Ongsimi, boil it for 5 more minutes

Add the slanted green onions and finish when the green onions are slightly cooked.

Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle a little sesame seeds, and eat deliciously. (Finally, it's done)
Today, I did arm exercises after a long time, so my family ate delicious potato ongsimi. The soup was clean and cool.Actually, we didn't have anchovies for the soup today, so we just made vegetable broth. Maybe that's why the soup was cleaner.
