Making fresh and appetizing marinated crab meat and cucumber sal
It's hot, humid, and a total mess as the rainy season begins these days. In this weather, my appetite suddenly disappeared, so I haven't eaten much lately. I suddenly remembered that there was cucumber, so I made Matsal cucumber vinegar salad. When you don't have an appetite in summer, it's good as a side dish or as a garnish for noodle dishes.

Cooking Steps

Please cut the cucumber. You can slice it or you can cut it into big pieces like me.
