Thai Watermelon Fresh Fruit Juice Ddangmoban~ How to make Waterm
The rainy season and the heat are on and off. The heat is inevitable even in the rain. When it's hot, I naturally think of cool watermelon juice. It is also called Tangboban, which means Thai watermelon juice. After watching Jongwon Baek make Tangmo Pan, I used Jongwon Baek recipes and referred to my neighbors' recipes to make my own style of Tangmo Pan. After working out, she said that she feels refreshed as if I make it for her. I purposely put in more frozen watermelon because it was hot. I added honey and lemon juice, a little bit of salt, and ground it. You can eat it like a slush and drink it coolly with a lot of frozen watermelon. I made it in two styles. The first version is watermelon juice. It tastes unique with watermelon juice. The second version is watermelon ade. It's like a watermelon ade. I think it's more refreshing because it doesn't have any artificial sweet taste because it has lemon juice in it. When I'm tired of the heat, I get chills like a horror special with a glass of watermelon juice made by grinding a lot of frozen watermelons. I think it's a perfect drink for the heat. If you buy a watermelon, you squeeze out the space like a Tetris game to prepare a refrigerator space, but if you freeze it, the space will be solved and you can drink cold watermelon juice

Cooking Steps

When trimming the watermelon, cut the watermelon in advance and divide the corner into one less sweet portion and freeze it in a zipper bag.

Watermelon Juice Version~ Put chilled watermelon, honey, lemon juice, and salt in a dumpling mixer and grind it to make it moist. If there's no moisture, the contents won't grind. Originally, I put sugar and ice in the Jongwon Baek, but instead of ice, I put frozen watermelon and ground it, so I skipped sugar and added honey.

I'd like some mint leaves on top. It tastes like watermelon slush because it has a lot of frozen watermelon. If you like mint flavor, add 2-3 leaves like mojito and grind it. I'll skip it because Herbie doesn't like mint.

Watermelon ade version~ Add cider, frozen watermelon, 1 spoon of lemon juice, and 1 spoon of honey and grind it.
