How to make kkanpung dumplings in an air fryer
I thought about going out to eat at a Chinese restaurant on the weekend evening, but eventually I overeat when I eat out, and thinking about going out in the hot weather, I thought it would be better to cook simple homemade food, so I made kkanpung dumplings in the style of a Chinese restaurant at home. It's hot to cook at home, but when I baked frozen dumplings in an air fryer with minimal heat and stir-fried them once in a kkanpung sauce, it looked delicious, fresh, and savory. I like it because it looks more fancy and not greasy than just fried dumplings. The size of Chwiyeongru dumplings is just one bite, so even if there are a lot, it's not that big, but Bibigo dumplings are a little bigger than Chwiyeongru dumplings, so you can adjust the amount according to your preference. I baked 20 at first, but I thought it wasn't enough, so I baked 10 more.^^ Kkanpung sauce has a sour taste, so it doesn't have a greasy taste because it's refreshing among Chinese sauce, and I think it goes well with summer food. While the dumplings are being baked in the air fryer, prepare the kkanpung sauce and stir-fry the baked dumplings in the sauce to complete a wonderful Chinese dish. It's a nice weekend dinner with a simple meal

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Place frozen dumplings in an air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Wash the vegetables, trim them, and chop them into small pieces. If you prepare vegetables considering the color, it looks better when you finish it.
STEP 3/8
Mix in the kkanpung sauce, please.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry green onions and garlic in a frying pan.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry chopped vegetables.
STEP 6/8
I made it and used the chili oil stored in the refrigerator, but if there is no chili oil, stir-fry the chili powder in the oil over low heat before putting in the hot pepper sauce, then put in the kkanpung sauce and boil it.
STEP 7/8
Add the baked dumplings, stir and finish.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate, please.
- Boil the kkanpung sauce in the frying pan and mix the dumplings. - You can skip the chili oil but it tastes better. -If you don't have chili oil, stir-fry chili powder in the oil over low heat before adding the sauce. Then add the sauce and boil it.
