How to make kkanpung dumplings in an air fryer
I thought about going out to eat at a Chinese restaurant on the weekend evening, but eventually I overeat when I eat out, and thinking about going out in the hot weather, I thought it would be better to cook simple homemade food, so I made kkanpung dumplings in the style of a Chinese restaurant at home. It's hot to cook at home, but when I baked frozen dumplings in an air fryer with minimal heat and stir-fried them once in a kkanpung sauce, it looked delicious, fresh, and savory. I like it because it looks more fancy and not greasy than just fried dumplings. The size of Chwiyeongru dumplings is just one bite, so even if there are a lot, it's not that big, but Bibigo dumplings are a little bigger than Chwiyeongru dumplings, so you can adjust the amount according to your preference. I baked 20 at first, but I thought it wasn't enough, so I baked 10 more.^^ Kkanpung sauce has a sour taste, so it doesn't have a greasy taste because it's refreshing among Chinese sauce, and I think it goes well with summer food. While the dumplings are being baked in the air fryer, prepare the kkanpung sauce and stir-fry the baked dumplings in the sauce to complete a wonderful Chinese dish. It's a nice weekend dinner with a simple meal
