There's also a simple way to make chili oil in the microwave. I make and eat chili oil in my own way! First, put olive oil in a pot and turn the heat down! Add red pepper powder and stir-fry it. <UNT_PHL> Don't look away! The red pepper powder burns quickly. I got a little burnt from taking pictures and videos. If you control the heat well, you can make chili oil much easier than a microwave oven.

Place a cup of water about 250ml in a saucepan with chili oil and add onions.

Add chopped green onions and add 1 spoonful of tuna extract to season. Next! Adjust concentration by adding starch water little by little.

Put the mixed rice in a bowl and put the soft tofu on top of the mixed rice, and the soft tofu over rice is complete.
If you put a little bit of rice and put a lot of soft tofu on top, the texture of soft tofu is good and the swallowing is soft. If you put soft tofu in your mouth, it disappears quickly. I used spicy red pepper powder. It's spicy and it relieves my stress. It is a soft tofu rice bowl that is good for the elderly because it is full and digested well.
