Prepare only half a bowl. Brown rice instead of white rice would be better for dieting, right??

Slice 1/8th of cabbage thinly, rinse several times in water, and drain.

I only used half a small can of tuna, and when I use it, I take out the tuna oil.

Grease a pan slightly and stir-fry shredded cabbage.

When the cabbage is out of breath and transparent, add 0.5T of thick soy sauce

Add 0.5T of oyster sauce and stir-fry while mixing well.

Then add half a can of tuna and sprinkle with pepper. And stir-fry it while mixing it well.

Make a space in the middle of the ingredients and break the egg.

Cover and cook over low heat until egg whites are cooked.

When the egg is soft-boiled, put it on top of the rice and the diet cabbage tuna egg over rice is completed. It's delicious if you mix it when you eat it.
