Diet Meal No Sugar Bulgogi Tteokbokki Salad
This is an application version of "No Sugar Hotteok Cold Chilled Chicken" by a professor of restaurant cooking at Polytechnic University who was introduced at the Sindang-dong Tteokbokki Festival. It's a perfect recipe for a summer diet because it doesn't use sugar.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut salad vegetables into bite-size pieces and soak them in cold water. You have to soak it in cold water before making salad to give it a crunchy. Shred the red onion and soak it in cold water.Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces. Remove the white part from the inside of the paprika and chop it into 1.5cm wide pieces.

I'll make salad dressing. The sour, sweet sauce stimulates your appetite~~ It's an olive-based oriental dressing style. I added olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, pepper and stevia. Mix it well, please.

I should add tteokbokki, the main character? Soak tteokbokki in cold water for a while and blanch it in boiling water.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry bulgogi, please. Bulgogi uses seasoned meat. The bulgogi tteokbokki salad should be dry, so cook it thoroughly so that it is dry.

If you mix salad vegetables, bulgogi, tteokbokki rice cake, and salad dressing, the diet menu bulgogi tteokbokki salad is complete!!
