Prepare a can of whelk. Do not throw away the soup because it will use it.

Add 1/2 cup of whelk canned soup, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of seasoned soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of cactus powder, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and let it ripen. If you don't have cactus powder, add sugar. Let ripen for at least 30 minutes. The sauce is a bit watery. This way, you can mix the noodles well.

Prepare the dried squid. You can also use dried pollack. Leave a little bit of sea snail soup and marinate the dried squid and sea snail. Dried squid becomes much softer.
