Making stir-fried tofu eggs that are good to eat softly
Today, I made a simple side dish with tofu and eggs, and I made stir-fried tofu eggs with a savory and soft taste. It was a good side dish to eat without irritation.

  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Mash the tofu half gently with the knife side.
STEP 2/9
Please prepare 2 eggs after mixing them well
STEP 3/9
Please chop up a piece of green onion and prepare it.
STEP 4/9
Pour enough cooking oil into a frying pan and add chopped green onions. And stir-fry on medium heat for about a minute. Turn off the light when the scented green onion comes out.

When green onion oil is enough, add crushed tofu and stir-fry over high heat. Stir-fry the tofu for 1-2 minutes so that it's slightly dry.

When the tofu is properly fried, put it aside, add a little more cooking oil, and pour in the beaten egg. And scrambled eggs, please.

Add 2T of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
STEP 8/9
When the fried tofu is done, turn off the heat and add a little pepper and mix.
