STEP 1/7
I can have a meal by myself if it's 1/8 a barrel of cabbage.Cut only enough cabbage to eat, soak it in vinegar water, rinse it once, drain it, and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 2/7
I felt empty eating only cabbage, so I prepared 50g of ham and shredded it, but it's delicious if you add chicken breast and creamy instead of ham.
STEP 3/7
Put cabbage and ham in a bowl and put 3 eggs. Add salt and pepper.
STEP 4/7
And mix the whole thing well. I'm done preparing the ingredients.
STEP 5/7
The picture looks big, but the size is about half the size of a regular frying pan. Pour a little bit of oil into the pan, pour all the cabbage batter, and bake thickly. You have to turn the heat low because the eggs are in it.
STEP 6/7
Close the lid on low heat, cook gently, and turn it over using a wide plate when the bottom is cooked. Turn it over and cook the bottom thoroughly. Just think that the egg mixture is cooked.
STEP 7/7
You can put it on a plate and eat it deliciously, but if you put it in Sriracha sauce, it's really one plate. Cabbage is crunchy and makes you feel full.
