Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Dissolve baking soda in water, soak plum, wash it, and remove the water completely. Use a toothpick to remove the top
STEP 2/3
Put 2kg of plum in a bottle and add 100g of sugar to marinate overnight.
If the sugar melts the next day, pour in 6L of the soaked soju.
Seal it with plastic wrap and let it ripen for more than a year
STEP 3/3
Store in a semi-dark area with a little bit of sunlight.
Never open during ripening. I recommend maturing it for at least 1 to 3 years
