STEP 1/8
I bought a cuttlefish that was trimmed for early morning delivery. There was a discount. There are 300g in one pack. It's a frozen product, so it was taken out at room temperature in advance and defrosted naturally.
STEP 2/8
After defrosting naturally, soak in water and rinse 3-4 times. It smells more fishy than regular squid. Rinse it with water, and remove it because it doesn't eat the mouth. If you're eating it, you can clean it and cook it.
STEP 3/8
Cut the cuttlefish into bite-sized pieces to make it easier to eat. To remove the fishy taste, I added 1/3T of minced garlic and mixed it.
STEP 4/8
I prepared butter without salt. You can use any butter at home. Place the butter on top of the squid and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 5/8
Place cuttlefish mixed with minced garlic in air fryer. Place the butter in small pieces.
STEP 6/8
The air fryer varies depending on the specifications of the house, so please adjust the time while watching it cook. I baked it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, flipped the squid and baked it for another 5 minutes.
STEP 7/8
I'll make the sauce with mayonnaise soy sauce. Squeeze 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. You don't have to keep the proportions. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, please. Add sliced peppers, too. The fresh pepper is too hot, so cut it into thin slices. You can eat it crispy even if you use green pepper.
STEP 8/8
Grilled squid butter and cheongyang mayo sauce are done. Make a delicious home-cooked meal.
Frozen cuttlefish can be reduced in time if they are thawed before cooking. It's easier to cook and wash if you make it in an air fryer than in a frying pan.
