How to make budae jjigae (Golden recipe for budae jjigae)
I boiled the soup with beef bone broth and water in the budae-jjigae, and put Parmesan cheese powder and curry powder in the budae-jjigae sauce, and I ate it deliciously because of the flavor. (Big drink: based on rice spoon)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut the spam into about 5mm thick pieces and cut the Vienna sausage slightly.

Slice the onion into 5mm pieces, and cut the green onion into 3cm pieces.

Prepare a bag of enoki mushrooms after cutting the bottom.

Cut 80g of kimchi into bite-size pieces with scissors and prepare boiled dumplings. (Prepare 500g of beef bone broth and 300ml of water for budae jjigae broth.)

Add 1.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 0.3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 0.4 tablespoons of curry powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of sand lance extract, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1.4 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese powder and mix them evenly. (You can add 1~2 slices of cheese instead of Parmasan cheese powder.)

Put ingredients for budae jjigae in a pot and put the sauce on top.

Put a bag of 500g of beef bone broth and 300m of water on high heat.

After releasing the sauce for budae jjigae, boil it for about 7 minutes on medium heat when it boils up.

The golden recipe for Budaejjigae is to boil it for a certain period of time until it tastes like spam, Parmesan cheese powder, and other ingredients.

Remove the foam that rises with a spoon.

Boil budae-jjigae until the time is right, taste it, and season it to your taste, and the golden recipe for budae-jjigae is complete. (If you feel it's bland, add fish sauce, and if you feel the soup is salty, add a little bit of water and boil it.)
If you don't have Pamasan cheese powder, add 1~2 slices of cheese, and if you want to eat it a little bit more spicy, add 1~2 cheongyang peppers. If you feel that the amount is insufficient, add ramen noodles and boil them to eat.
