Very simple recipe for cucumber kimchi without vinegar Cucumber
Cucumber is in season in early summer! It's cool and crunchy. It's a vegetable that goes well with summer Although there are some likes and dislikes because of the unique scent, I heard that even my friend who doesn't like cucumbers enjoyed the seasoned cucumbers! Cooking Steps

I prepared two crunchy cucumbers Wash thoroughly, remove the bumps on the outside with a filler and cut into appropriate thicknesses I cut it into 0.5cm thick pieces

I cut 2 to 3 pieces of chives at intervals of 4cm

Put sliced cucumbers and chives in a mixing bowl and season them I used tuna liquid, but you can use anchovy liquid or red crab liquid
