  • Sugar

  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Let me introduce steamed pork kimchi.

Add old kimchi and bone pork belly together.
STEP 3/8
Add onions, minced garlic, and green onions, then add water.

Add sugar, soy sauce, and red pepper powder.

Turn off a spoonful over medium heat.

Please cut it off for another hour.

If you want to feel spicy, you can add Cheongyang red pepper.

Steamed pork boiled pork is done.
Without having to make a broth, add water and cut it, add soy sauce, and season it for about an hour.
