Put eggs in a pot, pour enough water to cover the eggs, add salt and vinegar, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add all the ingredients for cold noodles and mix. The mixed naengmyeon sauce tastes better when aged in the refrigerator for about a day. I'm going to eat it right away, so I aged it for about an hour.

Rub the end of the naengmyeon gently to dissolve the naengmyeon.

Pour plenty of water into the pot to boil the cold noodles and add the melted cold noodles when the water boils. You don't have to boil cold noodles for a long time.

You can think of it as blanching it. Please set the time to boil cold noodles within 1 minute. Add the cold noodles and rinse them several times as soon as the water boils. Then drain on a sieve

Roll the cold noodles in a cold noodle bowl and pour the broth.

If you want to add a lot or less of the sauce, put it on top of it's up to your taste. Sprinkle the sesame seeds gently.

If you want to enjoy the clean naengmyeon itself, you don't have to put the seasoned naengmyeon on top.
I've unwrapped the seasoned red-pepper sauce. The way to eat cold noodles with sauce is Seoul style cold noodles. How hot the weather is, the broth ice has already melted. Cold noodles with sweet and sour spicy sauce. It looks like a mixture of spicy and spicy noodles! The noodles are a little chewy, and the seasoning is not too sweet or too spicy.
