Cut the fish cake into 3mm thick pieces.

Cut 25g of green onion to give green onion oil.

Put green onions and 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a pan and stir-fry until the scent of green onions is savory under medium heat.

When green onion oil is made, add fish cake.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, and 0.8 tablespoons of red pepper powder.

Stir-fry the fish cake over medium heat with red pepper powder color, and then turn off the gas stove. (If it tastes bland, add dark soy sauce, and if it is not sweet enough, add oligosaccharide.)

Add 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil and stir-fry fish cake to add flavor.

Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, stir-fried fish cake and spicy fish cake is done.
When you cook stir-fried fish cake, add starch syrup or oligosaccharide instead of sugar to make it moist. If you want it more spicy, add 1-2 Cheongyang peppers and stir-fry it.
