STEP 1/9
I prepared ingredients to make corn cheese. I used black first sausage, but you can use any sausage at home.

Cut carrots and sausages into 1cm pieces and cut onions into small pieces.

Place half a tablespoon butter in a frying pan over medium heat and bake baguette back and forth until golden brown.

Melt 1.5 tablespoons of butter in a royal pan over medium heat and stir-fry carrots, onions, and sausages so that onions are half transparent. Add the sweet corn and peas and mix together.

Add 1 cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon sugar, stir-fry until sauce boils down, and then add pepper.
STEP 6/9
First, turn off the light.
STEP 7/9
Transfer the stir-fried ingredients to a small frying pan, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, close the lid, and melt the cheese over low heat.

When I opened the lid about 2 minutes later, the cheese melted well. Delicious corn cheese is done!

I'm going to sprinkle the parsley powder. It tastes better on a crispy grilled baguette. Make it delicious and eat it!
It's very delicious corn cheese if you make it with canned sweet corn or sugar corn.
