How to make super simple onion and chives that go well with meat

Cooking Steps

After washing the chives, cut them into 4-5cm lengths.
STEP 2/4
Slice half the onion thinly.
STEP 3/4
Put chives and onions in a bowl, add 1T of sesame oil, 2T of vinegar, and 0.5t of salt, and mix them with a spoon.

This is the best taste to eat alone, but personally, I think it would taste better with soy sauce-based meat such as smoked duck or bulgogi.
