STEP 1/12
It's 400g of whole tomatoes. If it's 400g, it's a good amount to make it for one person, so you can open a can and use it.
STEP 2/12
Pour 1 can of whole tomatoes into the pan. Mash tomatoes or cut with a spoon or scissors.
STEP 3/12
Pour 500ml of water.
STEP 4/12
Season with 1 tablespoon thick soy sauce, half a tablespoon salt, and 1 tablespoon sugar.
STEP 5/12
When the tomato sauce boils, add spaghetti noodles. If it's 100g, it's about 1 serving when you hold it by hand.
STEP 6/12
Add spaghetti noodles and add 20g of butter.
STEP 7/12
Boil the noodles while stirring. Cook for about 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes, reduce the heat and boil down the sauce. Stir evenly so that the noodles do not stick to the bottom and the spaghetti sauce permeates the noodles.
STEP 8/12
Reduce the heat to medium-low heat, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and a little pepper, and simmer slightly. If it's bland, add soy sauce and salt, and if it tastes sour, add a little sugar to add the final seasoning.
STEP 9/12
If it's boiled down to the right concentration, tomato pasta is done.
STEP 10/12
You can eat it as it is, but I add one more thing to make it more delicious. It's cheese!! Close the lid and melt the cheese over low heat
STEP 11/12
Sprinkle a little bit of parsley powder and finish. I'm done making tomato pasta with tomato spaghetti sauce!
STEP 12/12
You can boil it right away in one pan, so it's good to have less dishes, and it's much easier to make because you can complete it at once. Cooking time is over in 20 minutes, so you can make it quickly~~ It tastes like malmo malmo^^
